Positive: The staff at the reception was super friendly and accede to our requests. Location is very good as is within walking distance from the sea & city centre.
Negative: It will be good if there is housekeeping every 3 days and not beyond 8 days stay. Floor towel was damp n dirty w hair splattered everywhere & we can’t do anything about it. Bed was too soft in fact is sunken in. To the point the bathrooms give out an unpleasant stench & I dragged using the bathroom. FYI we stayed in rhapsody resort before & there was housekeeping done every other day.
Summary: You have great staff and if the rooms cleanliness are improved by providing regular housekeeping & change of mattres

Positive: My river view apartment was perfect for my visit, super sunny in the afternoon and great sunset view. It was a great location, only a few minutes from the beach and tram station. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Fitness room was good and pool area great.
Negative: The sofa looked like it needed a good clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was saggy in the middle and really needs replacing. The extra blanket looked like it needed a wash too. Disappointing!

Positive: Wyndham is an exceptionally clean, friendly, quiet and convenient location to beaches, shops and trams just a short stroll from the front door. Beautiful views, comfy beds and all the conveniences of home to make a short or long stay enjoyable and comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

Positive: The pool was wonderful and the spa. The room was spacious with a laundry area and big enough bathroom. The apartment was clean and the service and staff were just as great. The location is perfect and close to everything and the tram. Perfect value for money will definitely be coming here again. Also the chef is amazing!
